FREE JOB SPEC DISTRIBUTION
We will send job specifications to our growing Alumni. These are professionals who have taken the Player Care Group Certificate in Player Care and are now working in various roles across sport. We will leverage our extensive network to attract potential candidates who possess the requisite skills and experience in player welfare and support. Job Advertisement and Promotion
The Player Care Group will advertise the available roles on our website's dedicated job page and promote them through our various social media channels. We charge a nominal fee of £149 which includes a post on our jobs board for four weeks as well as two posts to LinkedIn, one onto Instagram and one onto X.
Comprehensive Recruitment Service
We also offer a comprehensive recruitment service which provides our clients with a deep understanding of Player Care and welfare needs and access to an extensive network within the sports community to to ensure the identification and recruitment of top talent. We provide rigorous screening and vetting procedures ensure only the most qualified candidates are presented.
Our full-service recruitment solution includes:
Crafting compelling job advertisements.
Conducting initial screenings and filtering to ensure candidates meet basic requirements.
Thorough assessments and interviews of a long list to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role. TPCG will provide an expert on each round of interviews.
Delivering a fully vetted shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring club.
