Our self-paced, introductory module is the perfect place to start your Player Care journey. For those that want to know more about the Player Care profession, this 3-hour course can be completed at a time that works for you.

A seven-week (six evenings) live online remote programme gives participants all the skills and knowledge they need to understand and implement Player Care best practice, either starting out in a Player Care career or improving skills as a Player Care professional. Refreshed for 2026!

For existing professional Player Care practitioners looking to challenge themselves with a strong cohort of peers with in depth discussions about every aspect of 1st Team Player Care and how to improve.
